Tenant Review:
Memorable. - The home we rented at 1748 Kennington Road was perfect. We had plenty of room to sleep (which included the fact that none of the adult children wanted to sleep in the same bed). There were so many extras in the house we took advantage of such as bikes, fire pit, kites, beach chairs, coolers. There were also plenty of bath towels and beach towels. It was too cold for the wetsuits, boogie boards and surfboards but they were there too.
Family Vacation
We had a fire on the beach on Christmas day and went back to the house and had my parents, 2 sisters and their children (a total of 15) for dinner at the house. Everything was there to accommodate the meal and the seating arrangements, including a cardtable and folding chairs. The master bedroom being on the first floor away from the living area was wonderful for us as the older kids tend to stay up later than we do.

Great location, great place, great vacation. - The house was very nice, very clean and very close to the beach. It was exactly as advertised. We had a blast and we have already booked the same place for next year. We recommend this place without reservation!

Wonderful vacation - We had such a great time in the condo. My niece had her wedding on the bluff overlooking the ocean right on the Sea Bluff grounds. The condo was very comfortable and close to everything. We have stayed at Sea Bluff before and will do so again.
