Weekly Construction Schedule

As of January 28, 2012, the Leucadia Seabluffe Homeowners Association voted to pass a siding project that will encompass re-siding of the Sea Bluff community from April 2012 until completion in 2013.

We wanted to make you aware of this situation and to inform you of all details we have as of today, January 30, 2012.

As of the information we have now, the project is scheduled to commence on the north end of Tattenham, both sides of the street and will continue south until that street is completed. The next street will be Whitehall, then Aldersgate, etc.

Please use the map to compare the scheduled construction to where your unit is located and when you are scheduled to rent.

There is no guarantee the schedule will be followed exactly but as of now this is the information the HOA has provided us with.

Even if you are not on the street where the construction is proposed to take place, there will be some noise and there will be an influx of workers to complete the project. Some streets will not be affected as much or at all and as to how much each street will be affected is not known at this time.

We understand this is not an ideal situation but believe you have every right to know ahead of time of what will be underway at Sea Bluff 2012-2013.
